A packed commuter train ploughed into the buffers at a Buenos Aires station during morning rush hour on Wednesday, killing at least 49 people and injuring more than 600 others, officials said.

They said the train was unable to stop, presumably due to faulty brakes, and it slammed into the buffers inside the centrally located “Once” station. More than 800 passengers were aboard the train, state news agency Telam reported.

A police spokesman said 49 people had been killed.

To my followers that occassionally read my rants when i have to “take the train of DOOM”, THIS IS THE TRAIN I SPEAK OF.

My brother takes it as well, he was supposed to come to that very station today, and he usually gets on the first car (second photo). Luckily he didn’t took this formation.

Yes, the trains here a complete disaster. Either they don’t work and crash, or they don’t work and people complain about the bad service by burning them.
